We have a variety of individualized programs to support you in improved development & capacity, rehabilitation and confidence within the gym.  These programs are designed to benefit ALL athletes and will allow our Team to put their passion and care into providing you with well-thought out programs and results!

Personal training

Specialized programming & 1:1 training outside of class times

  • Athletes with specific training goals (strength, technique, conditioning, high skill movement programming, etc.)
  • Athletes with injury/injury rehabilitation support who prefer working out 1:1 with a Coach
  • Athletes who feel "too out of shape to start CrossFit"
  • Athletes who have a nagging skill that they want to improve but don't know where to start
  • Athletes who need extra accountability


  • Coaches will create your workouts with a progressive plan based on your training goals which will lead to more accelerated results, rehabilitation and confidence than group classes may allow for
  • You can feel less pressured from the group setting & will know that the coach is able to watch your every move 
  • Although we have an amazing welcoming community of people, personal training through the beginning of your fitness journey can be a great way to feel confident and empowered to tackle CrossFit group classes
  • 1:1 training & personal attention will help you navigate through workouts and exercises that you can do to keep progressing forward vs. regressing backwards
  • 1:1 skills training will be your dedicated time to learn and develop difficult skills and practice technique under the watchful eye of your Coach
  • Having 1:1 appointments with your Coach can be that extra step for accountability that you need to reach your goals.


  • This is a separate membership outside of CrossFit or Nutrition memberships
  • We have a varied number of session options based on your needs:
    • single session (expires 1-week after purchase)
    • 4-pack (expires 1-month after purchase)
    • 8-pack (expires 1-month after purchase)
    • 12-pack (expires 3-months after purchase)
    • 24-pack (expires 3-months after purchase)
  • Sessions are scheduled based on trainer/client availability and sessions occur outside of class times
  • No exceptions for expiration dates

personal programming

Individualized & supplementary programming specifically designed based on your fitness level and/or goals

  • Athletes interested in competitions (like the Open) or improving higher skill/strength movements but don't know where to start
  • Athletes who want an accelerated focus on strength goals, accessory work, improving specific gymnastic skill, improving imbalances after injury, etc.
  • Athletes who want to dedicate more intentional time to training
  • Athletes who need extra accountability


  • Your personal Coach provides supplementary/accessory programming to you to help you focus on progress surrounding your goals/injuries
  • Your personal coach will regularly check in to help you progress forward instead of simply modifying the same way day after day or only practicing, for example, 1-2 reps of a high-skill movement after class
  • Your supplementary skills/strength training will be your dedicated time to practice, develop and improve with a plan so that you can reach your goals
  • Having individualized programming with your Coach can be that extra step for accountability that you need to reach your goals.


  • This is an add-on to our regular CrossFit memberships
  • Your personal coach will provide 3 days a week of personalized customizations in your personal BTWB track so no extra scheduling necessary! Simply check your BTWB each week to see your supplementary programming.

elevated membership

A clear, individualized plan on how to approach the WOD appropriately for different injuries/limitations/goals (customization of the regularly programmed WOD)

  • Athletes with specific training goals (strength, technique, conditioning, high skill movement programming, etc.)
  • Athletes needing further guidance outside of the 3 provided workout tracks that we offer each day (RX, Scaled, Body-weight)
  • Athletes with injury/injury rehabilitation support who prefer working out in group classes
  • New members who are learning what CrossFit is all about
  • Athletes who want to feel all around better & more confident in their workouts
  • Athletes who have a nagging skill that they want to improve but don't know where to start
  • Athletes who need extra accountability


  • Your personal coach tweaks and biases the WOD's to help you dedicate time to develop skills, technique and accelerate the progress surrounding your goals/injuries
  • Your personal coach will regularly check in to help you progress forward instead of simply modifying the same way day after day or only practicing, for example, 1-2 reps of a high-skill movement after class
  • Coaches can have more time in class to see/cue/correct ALL athletes vs. spending valuable class time writing up personalized workouts for those needing guidance outside of the 3 provided tracks
  • Having individualized WOD customizations from your Coach can be that extra step for accountability that you need to reach your goals.


  • This is an add-on to our regular CrossFit memberships
  • Your personal coach will provide 5 days a week of personalized WOD customizations in your personal BTWB track so no extra scheduling necessary! Simply check your BTWB each day to see your appropriate plan of attack for the WOD.
