1:1 skills training will be your dedicated time to learn and develop difficult skills, improve and practice technique under the watchful eye of a coach and build confidence in more movements that we practice in CrossFit.
Having 1:1 appointments with a Coach can be that extra step for accountability that you need to reach your goals.
1:1 training is extremely valuable for those needing extra assistance or guidance. The extra time and attention will help you navigate through workouts as well as exercises that you can do to keep progressing forward vs. regressing backwards.
The first step is to come in and meet with your Coach. This will be an introductory time to discuss your goals, your limitations, your schedule and your prior exercise history in order to determine the best path forward to assisting you in reaching your potential and your goals. You can expect professionalism, compassion and 100% focus on you during your 1:1 sessions because that is exactly what they should be.
