A 30-minute conversation where we get to know you so that we can point you in the best direction moving forward based on your fitness & nutrition history, what you are looking to achieve, and more.
If jumping right into a class is more your style or if you have prior CrossFit experience. We have options for you! Just send us a message and we will get you sorted.
We hope DeNovo will be a great fit for you! And if we feel you might do better at another gym, we are happy to send you in that appropriate direction so you can best succeed.

DONโT HAVE prior CrossFit experience, our Foundations Program will be your first step on this journey to a healthier, happier you!
HAVE prior CrossFit experience, our Experienced Local CrossFitter Free Week will be your first step on this journey to a healthier, happier you!
3) Join the community and get results!
Once you complete your initial onboarding, choose the membership option best for you and start on this new path to GREATNESS! :)
Those newer to exercise will do best starting with at least 3 days per week. Eventually, 4-5 days per week will provide you with the best results, the most opportunities to have fun and connect with our community and through this consistency, you will improve your health in more ways than one.
