(Getting started)

Our Foundations Package is carefully designed with 1:1 support to help new members feel prepared, comfortable, and confident starting this new journey to a better self.

Session 1

A sit-down discussion to learn about what problems you are looking to solve, what goals you are looking to achieve and answer any questions you might have. 30 minutes.


Session 2

A workout session 1-on-1 with a coach to experience the format of a CrossFit class (includes warm-up, learning movements, workout, cool-down and Q&A discussion). 75 minutes.


Session 3

Attending a regularly scheduled class with your Foundations coach by your side guiding you the whole time. Includes Q&A discussion to follow the workout. 75 minutes.


POST-Session 3

You will have the rest of the month from when you purchased Foundations to attend as many classes as you would like.

Your Foundations month automatically includes our Elevated Membership. This means you will get customized workout notes, recommendations and accountability 3 days per week. You will also receive a Personal Nutrition Jumpstart Program so you can go ALL IN on nutrition and fitness combined to get the best results.
