For Auto-Renew Memberships, Members are billed on the 1st or 15th of the month. We don’t have long-term membership contracts; if a member wants/needs to leave the gym, we will make it easy for them to do so.
If members give written notice of cancellation before the first of the month, their account will not be charged for another month’s membership. Outside of Owner approved circumstances, we do not offer refunds or prorated memberships for cancellations prior to the first.
If a member has a defective retail product, we will grant a full refund OR exchange if preferred. If a member decides they no longer want that specific product, we will grant a full refund OR exchange within 1 week of purchase, provided that the product is unworn, unopened and unused. Within 1 week to 1 month after purchase, we will offer a retail exchange only.
