Help your kids and teens grow in strength, skill, confidence, character, and above all have fun!

The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We provide an alternative to sedentary pursuits, improve the health of our children and ultimately decrease the chances of childhood obesity.

CrossFit kids Offerings (5-11 / Elementary)

  • CrossFit Kids Holiday classes/Events (Kids Murph, the Kids Open, etc.)

  • CrossFit Parents/Kids classes (offered once per month on weekends)

  • Summer Camps (1-week camps offered on June 1-8, July 13-17 & August 3-7)

    • Monday through Friday @10:15-11:00 AM

    • $200 for the FULL SUMMER PACKAGE (purchasing all three weeks)

    • $75 per camp

    • $18 single session drop-in

crossfit Teens

“Teens” (minimum 11 years old recommended) are eligible to attend regular CrossFit classes. Depending on maturity level and physical developmental stage, Teens may or may not be required to attend class with their parents. This is under the discretion of the coach. While teens will perform the same movements and use the same equipment as adults (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.), the weights and intensity of the workouts can be adjusted.

CrossFit Teens Offerings (11+ / Middle or High School)

  • CrossFit Teens Intro Camps (1-week camps offered on June 1-8, July 13-17 & August 3-7)

    • Designed for Teens new to CrossFit or who need a refresher to refine their movements

    • Monday through Friday @11:00-11:50 AM

    • $100 per camp

    • No single session drop-ins

    • Purchase sessions here

  • Joining our regular classes with adults

    • Single Month - 3x/week class access

    • Unlimited Auto-Renew - 3x/week class access

All levels are welcome! For those who have never done CrossFit, we ask that Teens complete our Teens Intro Camps (during the summer) or our Foundations Program (during the school year).
