Why The CrossFit Open?

The Open is a magical time where we challenge ourselves and come together as a community for fun events. Maybe you are participating in the Open for the first time…maybe it’s your first time in many years…maybe you’re even participating with a sense of impending doom. Maybe you also just finished 25.1! It's definitely a big challenge but healthy competition and pushing yourself in unfamiliar territory have a lot of benefits, both physically and mentally.
